30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange. Please note that the item(s) must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You can reach us via email, phone, or chat. Once you have the RAN, please package the item(s) securely and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation email. Write the RAN on the outside of the package and ship it back to us.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item(s) received were defective or damaged. We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance for your protection.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our return policy criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Exchanges will be processed based on the availability of the requested item(s) and may incur additional shipping charges.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If the item(s) received is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as per your preference.

Delivery Time:

Orders are dispatch on the same day or the following day, with a standard ground shipping time of approximately 3 days. You can expect delivery to your door within 3-5 business days.
